1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Pinglyra ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Pinglyra provides passive website monitoring (uptime, SSL, DNS, email-security and security-header checks), alerting, status pages and reporting. You may only monitor websites and domains that you own or are authorized to monitor.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to attack, overload, scan for vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Do not monitor targets you are not authorized to monitor.
Do not attempt to probe internal, private or restricted networks via the Service.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plan limits (monitors, members, status pages) are enforced. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranty. Monitoring results are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinglyra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed or delayed alerts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
